Hello.
I've got a BT Internet Radio, and I'm trying to get it to work with my Plusnet Fibre broadband.
When I scan for networks, it finds my Plusnet network, but says 'Network Not Supported'. I contacted BT support, but they just gave me a PDF for the user manual, and I'm none the wiser. It still works - I used it with a BT Hub2 - but that's no longer an option. If anybody can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Have you asked on the Plusnet user forum, as there may be something you have to alter on the Plusnet router to allow it to connect?
Hi Keith,
Thanks for your reply. I remember your name from when I used to be a BT customer.
It was Plusnet that sent me here, but I'll try their user forum - there must be somebody who still uses a BT Internet Radio.
All the best,
Paul
You could always use your smart hub 2 with plusnet and that would solve your problem.
BT still have a help document for it ! https://shop.bt.com/content/uni2/documentation/4bdq/028983.pdf
I suspect that it does not support the latest wireless standards, so unless you can reduce the wireless security settings on your router, its not going to connect.
