I've just done an enforced password reset following another 'We've blocked your email address' .
I have Premium Email but use another Broadband Provider.
The web interface seems to be working, but when I try and update my Mac Plus email client, the server setting for SMTP says 'BT Internet (Offline) and the password field has a greyed-out 'Optional' string.
I can't sent any emails from the mac: a dialog comes up asking for the email SMTP server password, which then fails saying 'unable to verify'.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong, or have any other suggestions?
