I have an ongoing Broadband problem which BT don't seem to think exists despite the BT Wholesale speed checker showing there is. A 70mb connection guaranteed at 54mb down give a down spped of between 2 and 10 depending when tested. Call centre absolutely useless, has been escalated to Level 3 apparently who yesterday were supposed to ring back!!!! Never happened.
Any one else know how to get BT to react and how to contact these supposed Level 3 people ?
