Re: BT Mail excessively slow

I've finally given up with BT Mail at least until  the performance issues are addressed. This morning was a nightmare.

I'm now using Thunderbird as my Windows Mail Agent - it goes like a rocket and it looks goog  too. Sets itself up with the correct IMAP info etc, free to use (donations welcomed) and no ads. Seems good at the moment.

Re: BT Mail excessively slow

I have reported the problem and BT rang me last night and said they are looking into it and will get back to me - webmail is painfully slow and loading is terrible

I have just managed to add my bt email to the yahoo web browser app like it used to be. Yes you will need to register for a yahoo email address.

Re: BT Mail excessively slow

I have been having a problem for the last 3 weeks. Once downloaded the email has no content until I open it and wait around 46 seconds. Very annoying

Re: BT Mail excessively slow

If you're using BT Premium email I can highly recommend Mozilla Thunderbird for an email client.

BT Mail excessively slow since changeover to new webmail

Well both my email accounts with BT are very slow and keep buffeting since they were changed to new webmail in the last few days. The service offered is basically unusable. When can we see a resolution. Have deleted history and cookies plus used several different browsers but still bad.
