BT Mini connectors

Hello,

I have my TV box connected via BT mini connectors and I am unable to connect the TV box to the internet.  My internet is working fine on all other devices.  Can someone assist please. Thank you.

What error is the TV box reporting ?

Its the BT connectors that are not connecting to the internet. The box is working OK. I have tried to reset the without success.

What are the Mini connector lights doing and if you plug in the same room do they then start to work?

The data lights are not on - have tried to reset to re-pair them but they are still not working.

Ethernet also ON?
If yes , If you plug in the same room connected to the HUB what do you get?

If the same problem and they have been provided by BT TV, then call 150 ask for a replacement.

There is no error message just not connecting to the internet

The same as in the other room. Ethernet light is always on but not the data light.
