BT Mobile App Pin not recieved

I have recently switched from EE to BT Mobile, and have sucessfully ported my number across.

I have installed the BT Mobile App in my Iphone 6 but am not recieving the text containing the PIN.

After entering my number and clicking on send PIN, I get the message that a PIN has been sent but it never arrives?

 

Can Anyone help?

I was getting the same as you on my iPhone 6.
It only worked when I received the final email saying "Port In Order Completion".
I thought it would work after receiving the message saying "Port In Order Confirmation.
Have you had the "completion" message?

Edited to add. My port took place on a Wednesday, but the completion email wasn't sent until the Friday.

Mines the same, I had a phone call saying they were having difficultires so hopefully soon?????

Nope still not working. Can't say I've ever received port completion email, its almost a month now everything else is working fine. Just would be nice to use the app tomanage the account.

Phone 150 from phone, hidden in help pages, exactly same problem, number moved today, told it should be clear, however when check my bt account I don't have a phone or a sim, told this would clear tonight, don't believe it.

Turn off WiFi on your mobile so the BT Mobile app has to use the BT mobile data network.

 

Make sure you have mobile data turned on!

 

Open the app and it should now register automatically without prompting you for the telephone number or a PIN.

 

Turn WiFi back on.

Many thanks for the information about switching off Wi-fi. Then using the BT mobile data to complete the BT mobile app setup. Worked straight away. It is now up and running.
