I have recently switched from EE to BT Mobile, and have sucessfully ported my number across.
I have installed the BT Mobile App in my Iphone 6 but am not recieving the text containing the PIN.
After entering my number and clicking on send PIN, I get the message that a PIN has been sent but it never arrives?
Can Anyone help?

Mines the same, I had a phone call saying they were having difficultires so hopefully soon?????
Nope still not working. Can't say I've ever received port completion email, its almost a month now everything else is working fine. Just would be nice to use the app tomanage the account.
Turn off WiFi on your mobile so the BT Mobile app has to use the BT mobile data network.
Make sure you have mobile data turned on!
Open the app and it should now register automatically without prompting you for the telephone number or a PIN.
Turn WiFi back on.
You're good to go
Many thanks for the information about switching off Wi-fi. Then using the BT mobile data to complete the BT mobile app setup. Worked straight away. It is now up and running.
