Every three weeks, the BT Mobile application shows a message to the effect that a new pin is required to allow use of the application. On tapping the message "send new pin" a pin is texted, and says "enter your pin to activate".
There's nowhere to enter the pin in the BT Mobile app as setup, but it does then reactivate automatically.
Is this a routine check by BT to see if anyone is there?
Or is the application expiring because the pin number has not been entered?
