BT Mobile App

My app does not show my current plan or allowance, it shows an old plan. Ive tried a reset and uninstall app but to no avail! BT dont seem interested when raised.

I had a problem with the BT Mobile app and the Lumia camera.  I found a site where the microSD card was suspected.  I have changed the card and now everything works.

I dont think thats an issue as I dont have an SD card in my phone. Its also a Galaxy S5. Thanks for help though.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems with the mobile service. Your best bet would be to contact our online Mobile chat team, open Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm, who should be able to sort this out for you. Let us know how that goes.

Thanks DavidM.  I've contacted mobile help online and have been advised its an ongoing issue. So, hopefully it will be resolved soon.
