I need some help... I have 2 accounts with BT Mobile both registered under my name and have had them for over 12 months, however BT are not reporting this to my credit reference agencies?
Are you a mobile only customer or do you have other services. Usually all of your services including broadband etc are on one bill and they would normally report the activity of the overall account on just a specific service
