I use BT Mobile. My BT bill covers a period running from the 5th of the month to the 4th of the month. For example from 5 Aug to 4 Sep. This includes mobile data and calls.
I recently downloaded the BT Mobile app which tells me that my usage will be reset on the 23 Sep. I assume that this means that the usage shown covers the period 24 Aug to 23 Sep.
My question is whether the the two periods can be synced so that they both cover the same period?
