I just had a refreshing experience on a support call for BT mobile. I got through to the correct department within a reasonable amount of time, spoke to someone in the UK who was able to understand and help me with my problem. Keep up the good work BT. (honest I am a BT customer)
It's not very often people write to compliment on good customer care. Let me just add that (though I didn't get the outcome I wanted) I too have recently had a good experience with BT Mobile customer care with a technical problem I've got.
So, yes BT - keep up the good work!
