BT Mobile ordering system issues

On Thurs 29th December I ordered BT Mobile. I got the EMail and was advised online that I'd get the Sim on Tuesday, infact the order progress stated that it would be completed on Fri 30th. 

 

No Sim arrived on Tues, but one arrived Yesterday.

 

The fun started today, when I tried to activate. I was told online that I don't have one to activate despite having one in my possession. 

 

I've now been advised that this wont be sorted until Tuesday at the earliest. 

 

You are warned .... there are issues around.

Order still 'stuck'. Phone call yesterday, 

'We'll try and force it through and call you back .....' 

 

No call. 

 

I have the SIM for heavens sake.
