BT Mobiles not registering on Network - SY7 (Ludlow) area

getting signal bars on two Samsung mobiles but cannot make/receive calls/texts as they are not registering on BT Mobile network. Both were fine until around 2pm today. Is there any way to show customers where local outages are?

this checker would be better for the mobile network EE Network Status Checker  

if there there any issues showing you will be able to register for updates using my place.
