So, once again, my move home order with BT was cancelled by BT without notice. Been using BT for 10 years, and last two home moved have been disasters. Always notify them 1.5 months before, previous user is also BT! Line ready, home owned by me, Bt best services available. Text message email all confirmed and lined up. Day before it activates, logs on to order to check and it’s cancelled. Magic
My email says my order is confirmed. My text message says it’s confirmed, but date is 1 year ago?! If I track order it says I cancelled it. Lol
if I log into account it says Error in order and then no orders if I refresh

So they raised another order and it was cancelled within 30min. Lol
apparently Bt says the line is closed (has been for two months since I moved in) but OR says it’s open. Who the fck knows tbh
