i have trying to register via the website for a move home with BT process but have been unable to do it for the last one week. my new home has been decided this week and i want to take my BT connection with it but every time i try its showing sorry we cant take in the order. I have tried calling over this last week without much luck. Please let me know what can be done as i will be moving on 10th october and i need my connection with me

Use the number I posted, as that goes to the home move team.
Its possible that the address you are moving to, has no connection yet, or its a new build that is served by a direct fibre (FTTP)
The home moving process can fail, if no Openreach routing can be found. This is a common problem on new build properties.
