iam having to reinstal BT NetProtect
i login and go to the page where one should get it
and are presented with the following
''Sorry, BT NetProtect Plus is only available to BT Broadband customers.''
ive been nothing but an option 3 customer for over 2 years
I have exactly the same problem, I've also noticed that 'My BT' will not list My Services and states 'Sorry, we are currently unable to present Your Product information.' I'm hoping that once the website is fixed, it will recognise me as a customer and then let me download. In the meantime I can only pray no nasties come my way!!

If this means that you are accessing the internet without an antivirus program, you'll need to pray very hard and hope someone is listening. Even if you want to go with NetProtect in the long run (which I would not recommend), take KB's advice and download MSE meanwhile. You'll probably like it.
It all apears to be working now, 'My Services' information is now visable and I am able to download Netprotect.
Thanks for your advise pottyperson, makes perfect sense. I was not aware that this (MSE) was available from Microsoft, will have a look at it in slow time now that the immediate panick over.
