BT Netprotect Plus Parental Controls Dont Work

I have setup parental controls and blocked a number of websites, however you can still access them?

Welcome and thanks for posting. Are you using more than one device? Are you getting any error messages? Take a look at the BT Parental Controls - 'How to...' guide and let us know if that helps.

Do you mean the NetProtect Plus (i.e. McAfee) parental controls, or the BT Parental Controls?  They are totally different things.
