Installed Netprotect on my MacBook, no problems. On my daughters MacBook Air, no problems. iMac no joy. It just sits there with the message 'We're checking for software that might not work properly with the McAfee software you're installing'.
Its been checking for 24-hours now. I think that is enough. The installer has not hung, it is still 'live' so to speak just not doing anything.
I was after a contact telephone number for BT or McAfee but the BT website has an infinite loop in support that just sends you round and round. Any help?
