How do you get a Boost Engineer to visit??

It's the standard type of Openreach engineers send now, unless there's a confirmed faulty modem I believe, then they still use the older SFI product the Openreach offer ISP's.

Ady199 all I did was keep twitting @btcare saying I was not happy with my speed they got me to email them some speed tests then they called me today and said that a engineer would be out Wednesday between 1-6 pm just hope he can sort it

They will give you a 3B white modem if you do not already have one, looks similar, maybe tiny bit better quality made.
