I have access to BT Openzone through my orange mobile phone account. My username and password worked fine at my work place for over 5 months however recently I have problems connecting -I keep getting an error message saying my username and password are incorrect. Orange have reset my username and password and told me there are no problem from there side. How do I check if my account has been locked and what the process is to get it unlock.
Your help would be appreciated greatly.
