BT Online Program Guide

I find it very disappointing that BT can't seem to get the simple things right - their Online Program Guide.  This is frequently incorrect - today a good example.  Birmingham WTA final was advertised as a start at 1:30pm, but in actual fact started at 1:00pm. Luckily, I had the TV switched on and started a manual record; but what happened?  At the end of the advertised program, the YouView box stopped recording.  Come on BT, get your act together, this isn't rocket science!

A supportive one? If you had browsed these forums you will have seen many posts complaining about BT and Accurate Recording being strangers.

The only help we other users can offer is to recommend that you always record the following programme as well. And even that does not always work.

which guide are you refering to or using ?

Is it the EPG guide on the BT TV Youview box itself that you accesss directly on the box with your remote ?

or is it  an online BT TV guide that you access in a webbrowser

 or is it a Tv guide that you access on the BT TV App

or is it a TV guide you access by the Youview App ?
