Apologies, for posting a question asked many times but I'm running out of options...
I've been trying to set up BT Parental Controls for a long time now, but can't seem to get it to work.
Whenever I try to switch on parental controls I get "Sorry, we couldn't turn on your BT Parental Controls, please try again later". I've been trying on and off for several months now and I've been in touch with BT by phone several times but they haven't been able to resolve the problem I'm afraid.
I know the Moderators have been very helpful with this problem via the forums in the past and I was hoping someone could help me.

I've just tried my settings and yes they are now working and switched on!
The Moderators were really helpful getting me up and running and it was all done in the background (I didn't have to do anything) so it would be worth contacting the Moderators directly.
