I need urgent help!
On Tuesday (12th Feb) I noticed I was being blocked from a website which said my BT Parental Controls had blocked it because of Light Filters. I tried the "allow access" link, but it said I didn't have authority to change this and to contact the Account Holder - I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER??!?
I logged onto BT.com but my BT Parental Controls say it's unavailable. I called up to ask what had happened and was told to reset my Hub, which I've and after 24hours no difference. I called again yesterday (14th Feb) and they still can't figure out what has happened. As suggested I again re-set my hub, but to no avail. This error has lasted since the 12th Feb and it seems no one at your end knows what the problem is?!
I urgently need to get onto this particular website and it's blocking me!
I see this has happened to others - can you please sort this out. It's obviously a glitch at your end, and it's costing me money as I can't work.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
