BT Parental Controls Unavailable

I am unable to set up Parental Controls on my account. It does not give me the option to turn on or off or change any Parental Control settings, it just says that it is unavailable. I notice some others have had similar problems on here, please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi @chriseveritt The bt.com faults team believe they have fixed the fault with your Parental Controls. Please can you check and confirm if the issue has been resolved or if you are still experiencing a fault.
