BT Parental Controls whats going on help ? can not access some sites

Hi all

I have been a member of bt for 3 years and never had the BT Parental Controls enabled ever. I have had no problems until today when i am getting the http://blockpage.bt.com/pcstaticpage/ saying

http://www.???.co.uk/  has been blocked by BT Parental Controls because the account holder has Custom filters on.

FAQ: A site is being blocked incorrectly by BT Parental Controls. How can I report this?

I have checked my account and its disabled ? I phoned bt and what a total waste of time I have been past to 5 different people and departments and an email sent to me explaining how to use it, I was even toled to enable it then disable it and delete the settings and still i can not access the sites.

I dont want BT Parental Controls, i never have and never had it enabled and i still can not get to the bottom of this as the bt call centre staff who work for bt call centres are a waste of time. why bt pay them i dont know.

why has this happend today its never done this in the past and i am getting sick of this as i can not access some sites.

how can this be sorted

any help on this i can not access some websites and i need to access them today

its sorted had to do a hard rest of the modem and router and it fixed it.

dont understand why i had to reset the hardware as it was just the parental control casuing this which is strange as i do not have them enabled
