I have had an email from BT stating that they are changing my phone line contract from 1st of September 2020 and replacing it with a more expensive plan which includes unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles for an extra £4.50 per month.
I have looked at this new contract and also another that BT recommends called 700 minutes anytime to mobiles and landlines for no extra cost. My question is that when logging into BT to review my options the 700 minute plan does not make any reference to 0845 and 0870 numbers and I use these a lot for work.
Can anyone confirm if the new 700 minute plan includes 0845 and 0870 numbers and also 0330 as these are normally part of the call package.
Thank you

I've just switched to the 700 minutes plan and mine says "700 free minutes to local, national, mobile, 0870 and 0845 numbers".
01 , 02 & 03 are all part of the local/national category.
So yes I can confirm it for you.
