BT Player App on Windows 10 Laptop

I have an odd problem. I am trying to use the BT Player on my laptop. I can log in OK but when I try to watch anything it tells me I have reached my device limit - despite having no devices registered!

Every time I open the app and go to manage devices it tells me I can register a new device at whatever the current time is but when I try it throws up the 'device limit reached' error message.

Is there a solution to this?

Hi @julesandsand sorry you are unable to view the BTTV App on your PC.

As you have no devices registered and are getting this error message send us over your details and we will investigate this further. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.
