I'm getting error message BTP 15990 when trying to use BT Player. I already have a BT TV account set up. Can anyone please help before i throw the BT Box out of the window !! Many thanks.

I have since called BT. They said it is a crossed line and an engineer is coming tomorrow. Does this make sense to you? As our broadband is working absolutely fine, and we don't want to lose this for any length of time when the engineer comes.
