IF I was to change ISP, I can keep my BT email address by paying £1.50pm for BT Premium mail.
I can use Windows Live Mail or Outlook to access my emails as well as webmail, so the same as now with BT BB, so far so good.
Can I have sub accounts with BT Premium mail included for the £1.50?
I read this 'You must wait at least seven days until you have left BT to subscribe to this service'
Why can't I swop straight over on the same day IF I changed ISP's?
Will I loose a weeks worth of emails?
I spent over two hours on phone to ensure that I would be able to keep one of email accounts that we use for business and was assured that it ok via premium mail. I have triied today to sign up and keeps saying username is in use. Please can somebody help me because I cannot lose this address. Any advice appreciated.
