Having to leave BT after many years as they dont have a service in a remote area Im going to but want to keep our family bt email addys. Logged into MY BT and clicked on BT Mail but theres n message asking me if I want to upgrade to BT Premium Mail. Is that because Ive only just given then notice and the service hasn't ceased yet?
Also when I do sign up for Preium will it move my sub accounts?
