BT Premium triple handset phone - use between handsets?

We have recently replaced our BT Verve 450 twin set with the above. Could use the old phones as an intercom.

I have one of the new handsets in a workshop away from the house (reception ok), and would like to use in same way. Nothing in manual, and nobody on end of product support helpline currently (Covid). Any pointers?

That's great! I had lost our old manual, and couldn't recall how we'd used the intercom on the old phones.

With a bit of deduction (as the new phones don't have 'INT' visible anywhere), I found by pressing the open book symbol, you can then choose 'All handsets' or any one handset, then press green call symbol, and it will ring that or those handsets, press green call symbol again and it will connect and work for internal calls.

Calamity!

After sorting the internal call business out, I imported my contacts from my mobile phone via bluetooth. For some reason I then decided I wanted the contacts in the 'home phone' phone book rather than the bluetooth/mobile phone book, so copied them across and deleted them from the bluetooth phone book.

Imagine my horror later, when I looked in the 'home phone' book for 'All handsets', 'handset 1', 'handset 2', 'handset 3' to make an internal call only to find they had been wiped by the action of importing mobile contacts into home phone contacts.

I need to use the phone as an intercom, is there any way to bring back the handset info. I haven't deleted my contacts out of 'home phone' yet, as I didn't think this would re-establish the internal contacts?

Feeling just a bit stupid........
