Hi,
My order reference is only 18 characters long but needs to be 20 for the claim form.
I'm not confusing the volume reference with the order reference before anyone suggests that.
It starts AJMEAAXXXXXXXXXXXX
Am I doing something wrong?

I believe you can use either number to claim the card

Thanks John but the issue is that it wants a minimum of 20 characters but my order number is only 18 so it won't progress. It doesn't work in either box.
