How do I report Caller Display not working, I ordered it shortly after I switched to BT and the email said that it would start on the 16/08/2016 but it hasn't ever worked, it's not my end because it was working OK before the switch from Plusnet to BT, I can't find anywhere to report a fault on calling features, only for a line fault.

Dial *#234#. If that confirms it's active, dialling *234# should turn it on.
Glad it's sorted. There's a third code #234# to toggle it off. Not sure why anyone would want to do that but I thought I'd post it just for completeness.
