I have recently returned to BT from SKY. Told that I could keep my number (which I have had for over 30 years!). Given new number. Anyway finally have correct number. 1471 and 1571 but no BT Privacy which is supposed to be free with line. Cannot see anywhere on line that I can request this. Appears it should be on automatically. As we get several unwanted calls would like it reinstated. Can anyone help please as cannot face any more multi question phone calls which do not fit problem.

Thank you very much for your reply. Would not have found that on my own. I cannot get any joy yet because the swop back to BT which as far as I am concerned has now happened still shows the job as unfinished. Message jsut say outstanding job try again when completed.
