I took out a SIM only mobile contract with BT via Quidco link, that was advertising £80 cashback at time, but the cashback was declined by BT.
This happened to me 18 months ago too.
I have susequently raised a claim with Quidco to ask BT why, but radio silence !
Can anyone explain why BT refuse to pay these advertised cashback's please or better still someone from BT look into this for me please.
