I placed an order on BT in June for fibre 100 with a reward card for £100, direct on BT.comThe fibre was installed on July 2nd. I contacted BT to make sure had chosen the right one for reward and was told yes and I could claim my reward after the cooling off period. Which is today. However when I log in to claim it states no reward to claim. Can someone please point me on the right direction for this please?
