BT REWARDS

I purchased a Fibre 1 broadband package with an £80 Reward card if im not mistaken on the 10/02/2021  and I am not able to view or redeem my card online. Could someone please help me get this redeemed and the card posted out to me ?   

Going by previous posts seems to be a recurring issue.
