@spluff I'm sorry this is taking longer that we would like to resolve. @RobbieMac is not in the office today but I see that he has a reminder set to give you a call tomorrow with an update.
It would be better if the speed issue was dealt with on a separate thread, as forum members may be able to help with this.

@RobbieMac has been case managing this from what I can see an issue has been identified after a lot of chasing from Robbie.
He's liaising with BT.com so it's with the correct team to get something resolved, Robbie would be the best person to explain that to you however he's in tomorrow I will email him and get him to contact you so he can better explain and escalate if needed.

Hi @spluff Sorry you have not had any further update and are being charged for the paper bill. Neither Robbie or Colin are in today so I'll drop them an email for one of them to get in touch with you asap.
