Openreach, who do the work, normally aim to fix the fault within three working days for residential customers.
@umaradam sorry about this, a data integrity issue normally means there is a error with the information on your BT account that can't be changed or corrected by our normal systems. These problems need to be referred to a specialist team to correct which can take time to resolve.
