BT Reward Card Problem

I claimed my reward card on phone on 15/08/2017. i received a text message about it, it can takes 30 days to get it. 

30 days already gone and no card yet.

So can you check whats going on with my card.

I'm sorry you haven't received your BT Rewards Card. If you contact the Rewards Team, they'll be able to chase this for you.
