I joined BT back in March due to good reviews and high broadband speeds, but the rewards for joining were a big push, so signed up on bt.com.
Since the account became active on 9 March I have received nothing, the BT reward card doesn't appear on my rewards and its been well over 45 days since completing the online form for the M&S voucher.
The website is not very useful in trying to speak to someone about this and as with COVID-19, don't want to call to save for emergencies. HELP!
@ScottAC, I'm sorry your reward card isn't available to be claimed and for the delay with your M&S voucher, I am aware the M&S vouchers are currently delayed due to the COVID-19 situation but you should be able to claim your reward card.
