Can anyone help. I switched to BT back in February. And still have recieved my BT reward card or my M&S card. I spoke to someone Mid march at BT who said I should recieve them by 23 marc . Still haven't got anything. I have gone Into the Reward card section on my account which says I have no rewards to claim. Slightly confused. This was one of the reasons I to BT for the switch offer. As I was relying on the preppaid card to by my previous talk talk bill.

What date did you place the order and when were you activated?
I had a similar problem when I signed up for mobile accounts (I was already a BT Broadband customer). I chased via BT online chat and the issue was sorted within a few days, so you might like to try that. Log in to your BT main account (https://home.bt.com/login/) then click on the blue question mark at the bottom of the page. Work your way through a number of questions until you get the prompt for online chat. In your case I'd suggest: Account & Billing > Change Your Account Details then click on Live Chat Now - good luck!
Placed my order 9th march. Was told to wait till cooling off period had been completed which was 23rd March. Still haven't recieved anything. Spoken to a agent on chat who has told me to call the value team. But no luck then sitting on hold for 15 minutes then the line automatically disconnects.
