Hi I joined through uswitch and had a reward offer, but the website https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsclaim/index.html?view=myrewards#/accounts/25816347/rewards isn't showing a reward available

You're still in your cooling off period, after the service has been activated for 14 days and the cooling off period ends, that's when reward cards can be claimed.
It's to stop people signing up, claiming and ceasing during the cooling off period.

Once outside the cooling off period, you have 3 months to claim, 3 months to activate and 12 months to spend the balance.

Will the total time be 14 days+cooling off period, or is the 14 days the cooling off period?
