I'd recently purchased BT Fibre through the BT Afilliate reward scheme page and the line is now activated, but when I log in to attempt to complete the reward redemption it isn't available. Should I wait a little longer or is there something else I need to do?
I've got exactly the same issue. My service was activated on the 2nd of July and I've still not had anything through about the reward card and the reward page says I have nothing to claim.
Help would be appreciated!
I also have not receive my Rewards Card either ... My broadband deal has been up and running from 15th June
