BT Reward - Not Eligible?!

Good morning!

So I signed up for Infinity 2 a couple of weeks back after seeing the offer of a £100 prepaid mastercard for joining. After signing up through this page I tried to claim the reward and I appear to be ineligible.

I waited until my broadband was set up and running - no luck. Still no luck a week on.

Has anybody had any experience with this? I feel like I've been lied to, to be honest!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I literally just got my services and it also said i am not eligible. I understand what you are saying.

It's really not cool! Half of the reason I signed up is because of the prepaid card.. I've tried to call customer services twice and they told me they'd call me back. (Twice)

Obviously I've still not heard from them.. have you had any luck?

No luck. I used a cashback site too(quidco) so as long as that pays out i don't mind.
