BT Reward card and false promises from Customer Service

I keep getting told that my BT Reward Card will with me within 14 days but it never arrives. 

 

How long does it normally take to get it ? 

 

How can I get hold of someone who will actually do something about this and not just keep telling me a load of rubbish!

Hi @swright78 Sorry you keep getting promised your voucher will arrive within 14 days and it does not show up.

 

Drop us over your details and we will be happy to help you get the voucher. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

I click on you user name and then contacts the mods but get a generic BT enquiry form page appears to fill in .... is this the one you are on about ?

Hi @swright78 That's the correct form but once you complete it will come directly to the Mod team for one us to pick it up and we will be in touch with you.
