BT Reward card not showing

Hi There,

I ordered the Fibre 2 Package on the 4th of September 2020 during the offer period on a £120 reward card.

My broadband went live on the 18th and yet when I go on the BT rewards page there is still no reward showing as available. Can someone advise on how to claim my reward card?

Hi, I've got a similar issue, should've got a £120 reward card but it's not showing on my account.

Hi @njlh Sorry you are not able to claim your reward card online. Have your services been active for more than 14 days?

Hi njlh, you should be able to claim it online so sorry that's not working. If it is still not available to claim after your service has been active for 14 days please post back and we'll be happy to get the reward card ordered for you.

I have now received a card although it is still not showing up on my account, but it seems to be for £100 rather than the £120 that was on offer when I signed up?Screenshot_20201030-200957_Chrome.jpg
