I ordered the Fibre 2 Package on the 4th of September 2020 during the offer period on a £120 reward card.
My broadband went live on the 18th and yet when I go on the BT rewards page there is still no reward showing as available. Can someone advise on how to claim my reward card?

I have now received a card although it is still not showing up on my account, but it seems to be for £100 rather than the £120 that was on offer when I signed up?
