BT Reward card

Hi my BT broadband and phone went live on Mar 22nd, I claimed my cashback cheque and BT reward card the same day it went live. I recieve my cashback cheque 2 weeks ago but I'm still waiting for my reward card. The message I recieve said it was dispatched on the 3rd April. I still haven't received it. Who do i need to contact to find out why I've not received it.

Hi @mellyg78,

After it has been sent to be dispatched it can take up to 30 days to receive the card. Have you had any other correspondence from us about it that would say that you are entitled to it?

Thank you Daniel for replying back. I had a text message on the 23rd March to say that my £110 BT reward card would be sent out shortly. The 30 days is up this weekend. Is there anyway of checking to see if it has been sent out? As I said in my earlier post I receive my £50 Cashback cheque a couple of weeks ago.
