I recently ordered a BT Superfast Broadband 2 through Uswitch and BT.com, which was advertised as including a BT reward card and a M&S voucher. I have submitted a claim for the M&S voucher today, but when I login to the BT Reward Card page it shows that there is nothing to claim. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated, key dates are listed below:
Order Date: 12/02/2020
Activation Date: 27/02/2020

I'm sorry to hear that you are not getting the option on My BT to claim your Reward Card.
