I opened my account in September, received a pre-paid card in late October, but no activation code. On attempting to obtain the code from Pure I was informed the card had been cancelled. Can anyone help with this as Pure only seem to operate an automated telephone service.

I might be wrong but the Pure Prepaid visa offer was withdrawn in 2015. Are you sure that's the card you've received? Can you post a link to where this offer was advertised? I'm sure we can help with this so give us as much detail as possible and we'll take it from there.
Thanks for the prompt reply David. I joined BT in August 2016 and received the card in October 2016, but no activation code arrived. The information atached to the card advises contacting www.purecard.com in the event of problems, but all I have been able to ascertain from their automated system is that the card has been cancelled without offering any reason why.
The card is a Mastercard with a £100.00 limit.
I still have the web page with the offer and can attach it to an email if required.
Under ideal conditions, the moderators can normally deal within 48 hours, but they are running a bit behind at the moment as they are only a small team based in the UK. They will however take full ownership until any issues are resolved. They are a very good team.
